3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through the following methods:

Option 1: From Your Account Settings

  1. Log in to your TCG Party account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Select "Privacy & Data"
  4. Click "Delete My Data" button
  5. Confirm your choice by entering your password

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

If you prefer to contact us directly or are unable to access your account, you can request data deletion by:

  • Emailing us at privacy@tcgparty.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
  • In your email, please include your account username or email address and any additional information that can help us identify your account

4. Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your data deletion request. This may include confirming your email address, requesting additional information, or asking you to log in to your account.

5. Deletion Timeline

Once we verify your identity, we will process your data deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Please note that some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons, such as:

  • Records required for legal compliance
  • Transaction records for financial reporting
  • Anonymized usage data
  • Backup data (which will be deleted according to our retention schedule)

6. Third-Party Services

If you've connected your TCG Party account with third-party services (such as social media accounts), deleting your TCG Party data does not automatically delete data stored by these third parties. You may need to contact these services separately to request data deletion.

7. Consequences of Data Deletion

Please be aware that deleting your data will:

  • Permanently delete your account and profile
  • Remove your access to TCG Party services
  • Delete your collection data and deck builds
  • Cancel any active subscriptions (after current billing period)

This action cannot be undone. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
