02Eligibility

The TCG Party Launch Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and households are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited by law.

03Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

04How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address across both methods, regardless of method used. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

Method A — Download the App (Auto-Entry)

Download the TCG Party mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play and create a new account during the Promotion Period. Each newly-created account associated with a unique email address will receive one (1) automatic entry. Existing accounts created before the Promotion start date are not eligible.

Method B — Free Online Entry

Visit tcgparty.com/launchparty during the Promotion Period and complete the free-entry form with your first name, valid email address, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements. No purchase is required for Method B.

05Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game Sword & Shield — Evolving Skies Booster Box. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.00 USD. Prize is awarded as-is, with no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

Sponsor is not the manufacturer of the prize and makes no warranties regarding the prize. The Pokémon Company International and its trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are not affiliated with this Promotion.

06Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 1, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and provide a valid shipping address within five (5) calendar days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the potential winner.

07Taxes

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on the prize, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the ARV exceeds reportable thresholds, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 (or applicable Canadian equivalent) reflecting the prize’s value, and the winner must provide a Social Insurance Number, Social Security Number, or other taxpayer identification as required.

08Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information for the purpose of administering the Promotion (drawing, contacting winners, fulfilling the prize) and, if the entrant has opted in, for marketing communications. Marketing opt-out is available at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

09Publicity

Except where prohibited, by entering and accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state/province for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if any factor interferes with its proper conduct, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort. In such an event, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

11Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising in any way from the Promotion or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

12Governing Law & Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Canadian residents: any question regarding the conduct or awarding of the prize will be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only where required by applicable law. (Note: Quebec residents are excluded from this Promotion.)

13Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Croma TCG LLC, Attn: Launch Giveaway Winner List, 8765 S McGinnis Lane, West Jordan, UT 84081, received by September 1, 2026. Alternatively, the winner’s first name and city/state will be posted at tcgparty.com/launchparty following winner confirmation.
